Personality test – An assessment designed to evaluate behavioral traits, work style, and how well a candidate aligns with the company’s values or job role. Technical interview (1 hour) – A detailed evaluation of a candidate’s problem-solving abilities, industry knowledge, and technical expertise relevant to the job.
