It was good and satisfactory. Well documented and time was given sufficient enough cto understand the rola and responsibilities of the job opportunity. Then HR was conducted to know the background and previous jobs.

Interview focuses on conceptual knowledge, practical skills, business acumen, how to navigate challenges be it customer facing or internal or external etc. 3 rounds including one with CFO.
