Hiring process is actually very long. I first had a technical round with some basic questions. Then I had 3 online tests (Logical, reasoning, managerial). Then I had a Manager Round with questions on DB2 and problem solving capabilities. After that I had client round which was just like introduction round (strengths weakness etc). Finally I had HR round where only salary was discussed.

There are a total of 3 rounds in the selection process. The first round is an online assessment, followed by TR and HR rounds. The interview and assessment are not too hard knowing the fundamentals of java and sql are enough to clear the rounds.

The ITC Infotech interview process was highly challenging, focusing on strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and real-time scenarios. Questions were in-depth, requiring clarity, confidence, and practical knowledge under pressure. It didnt really feel relevant or necessary for the package and the role.
