All the communication was difficult. I never had a direct answer about the role and responsibilities. Speaking to the team, I felt that everyone was overworked and there was not a healthy work-life balance. I did not get a good feeling about the relationship between management and the team. After speaking to the team I felt that this was not the best place for me.
