There are a few stages as describe below: 1. Answer online questionaire, which test basic knowledge of accounting, and also your personality and behavioural questions. 2. Online interview with the financial manager: To tell him in more details about my education and experience, and some questions I asked him. 3. Onsite interview with the financial manager: I did not complete this step, as I got a job offer somewhere else, so I cancelled his appoinment.
