A 45 minute written test of four sections, involving typical parts of the job. Easy maths, spot the difference and checking some products. Then a 5 minute English Test on how to make a hot drink. After these stages, there is a medium length interview, with very standard questions. Hiring manager was very pushy with the benefits of the job, but did mention the monotony of the role as well. Seemed to be contradicting themselves at times. Overall, they spent as much time advertising the job to me as they did asking questions, overselling the role, which made me quite suspicious of the job. Following the interview there was a half hour tour, showing what is essentially a warehouse and packing floor, where the job is based. Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful, however, they could not disguise the evident repetitive, monotonous nature of the job.
