Fairly straightforward. Consisted of an initial phone screen, an interview with a recruiter, an interview with a direct manager, and someone from HR, followed by an in-person meet and greet if you are out of town (like I was). The interviews were not hard or tricky. I believe they were looking for individuals to show the ability to have grit or resilience and be comfortable with the job location. They don't hide the fact that you will be working long hours and are making sure a candidate is aware and able to handle it. I would say ideally for out-of-town people come up with a good reason why Reno is attractive to you and what will keep you there for the long term!
