Colloquio
Interview consisted of multiple rounds, but was not excessive. I had time with almost every member of the team which served as an initial and essential introduction since every team member wasn't based in Stamford. ITT was very respectful of my time when planning these rounds and I greatly appreciated that since I was still working with my previous company while interviewing. In the end, it was a painless and professional experience.

We did a deep dive into my experience and how it could translate into the role they needed filled. They were also interested in finding out more about me as a person, which shows they value a person that they know will fit well with their team.

Very easy going. Interviewed with the heads of three departments at three different times. They want you to understand the company, so they will explain it and ask if you have questions
