(Note: This is for Rosetta Stone) I submitted an application, and got a call from a recruiter around a week later. We set up a time for a virtual interview, which was less than a week later I believe. I was interviewed by a series of people: two people that would become my coworkers, their boss, and then the director of customer support for all of IXL. I was asked some basic technical questions, but most of it was focused on my experience in customer service. Lots of situational based questions, "Tell me about a time when you...", stuff like that. Everyone was super nice and professional. Only three days later I was offered the job. I was very happy with how fast this interview process was.
