      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto più di 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Ibstock (Ibstock, England) nel mese di gen 2019

      Colloquio

      The start of the process was very engaging and at pace, quickly moved to second stage. But how fooled was I, the second stage led to personal and unprofessional questioning, was distressing and I suspect would have not been asked of other candidates. I was informed I was in the final two, but despite calling in for a update after not hearing for a few weeks, there was no update - lack of respect of others time and the privacy of their own team colleagues, how would they feel if they knew that they were discussed with candidates.

      Very chatty one way, no structure or competence based approach. Lots of promoting how much the function was changing and the high standards that were being set - actions speak better than bragging.....hiring manager empathised that she would stand for no gossiping it would not be tolerated - she did not shy away from delivering tough messages, the interviewers all discussed current team members that had also applied for the role and the need to put them on a performance plan. On refection the whole process was totally unprofessional.

      Poor candidate experience at both stages. I was left wondering as to purpose of inviting me to a interview - no notes taken to capture any examples just a chat about me and the new boss.
