Colloquio
Came in to the store for the interview, manager was lovely and asked my why I wanted to work here. Accommodating to students but was quite understaffed. Shifts were easy to pick up on and the checkout systems were easy enough to use. However, discounts were a problem when the till didnt add them on. Had plenty people coming back into the shop to re run it.
One on one interview with a store manager. More informal chat, then interview questions. Took approximately 20 minutes. Interviewer taking notes whilst talking. Standard interview process, no dress code provided.

What do you do in your free time?
Give me an example of a time you froze at work, and how you got out of the situation.
Fairly easy, it was around 10 minutes long, with 3 questions max. I spoke about any relevant past experience I had in retail and customer service, and they told me about the responsibilities of the role.

Sat in the break room until manager took me to an office. She asked 3 situational questions and then my availability. Manager didn’t seem interested or involved and kept all conversation very minimal. I had no real opportunity to describe myself as she only asked 3 basic situational questions. I’ve worked for Iceland before, but she didn’t ask anything about that. Said I’d hear off them by the end of the week but haven’t heard anything.
