This was great experience an interview with ICERTIS. There were 2 rounds. First round was technical which includes hands on design and coding problems. Interviewer was very helpful and gave enough time to think before solving time. Questions were in line with their requirement. Second round was also conducted well. Interviewer was asking questions covering all aspects for role interviewed. Talent acquisition team was very co-operative and disciplined. They were flexible whole scheduling interview and other discussion. Overall, interview experience with ICERTIS was good.

There were 2 rounds of interview for .Net Architect position I appeared for. Both the rounds were in depth around .Net ecosystem and different C# feature applications. Both rounds went well where I could answer most of the questions. Later they ghosted. Even after the first round, the HR came back after 1.5 weeks for the second round. I'm amazed that still the candidate portal shows you are in our application process, but had reached out to the HR for updates but got no response. Such unprofessional behaviour. At least they should have etiquettes to give a closure to the candidate. Rejections can be due to various reasons, but they were unprofessional in terms of response. Think before applying to such companies because the time and effort you put in for interviews along with the expectations means nothing for the recruiters.

My interview experience with Icertis was highly positive. The process was smooth, well-organized, and structured, making it easy to stay focused and prepared. I appreciated the opportunity to discuss how my potential contributions would support key objectives, providing a strong sense of purpose and clarity. This made the role even more appealing, as I could see how my work would directly impact the company’s vision.
