The interviews process itself was thoughtful and engaging. I met with both technical and leadership team members, who asked relevant questions and also took time to explain the company culture and role expectations. What stood out was how conversational and respectful the tone was throughout which was admirable

1st: Technical, project management, Communication check (as the company deals mainly with US Clients)
2nd: Personality Check and some SAAS Knowledge
3rd: HR Round - Profile match, Background, vibe check.
