The process was efficient and quick. I was introduced through a third party who went over the make-up of the team, culture, goals, and company background/funding. I then met with the CEO and COO. Afterwards, we followed up via email on several questions. I then met with the leadership team a second time and was asked to visit HQ for a day-long interview process with the CTO, Head of Clinical and Head of Product, CCO and CEO. The offer was made shortly after with little area for negotiation since the team had been transparent the entire interview process on the compensation, title and responsibilities.
