Several interviews, with a HR person first, and and then the VP. HR person asked the usual light questions, the VP is a bit odd, was a plumber who became a VP of high rise. Asked questions that should have raised red flags, but i needed the job. Turns out that they will tell you one thing, and do another. They will also blame you for thier problems.
