I had recently given interview for icreon. There was scheduled interview on Sunday. They took 3 rounds and 1 day after interview, HR (Deep) called me and told me that you have been selected and he offered some amount on phone by his own. I agreed upon that then again he called me and told that management is not giving approval for this much amount. They are ready to give u some x amount (he decreased the amount). Again I agreed upon that. Then he told me that his country head is out of office, once he comes then he will give approval.Then after one day again Deep communicated me that the company went out of budget.So here my question is why the company is spoiling the whole day of a candidate if the company has not capacity to pay him. REALLY IT WAS BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ICREON. IT IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY.
