Initial meeting with the HR recruiter went nowhere as HR did not want to disclose how much the company is paying for the position. HR person was not able to provide any insight to the position and essentially served as a function to filter out salaries. To save candidates time you can simply post the salary requirement. Omitting this figure is already a red flag. Companies like this want to low ball you as much as possible. I gave a low range and was able to set up an interview. My interviewer showed up wearing a hoodie. I was blown away with the demonstration of professionalism.
