First round with the HR recruiter. It went well and was asked to complete an assessment. Surprisingly the test requires you to know software engineering concepts. Really weird format! Won't recommend applying here!

I took a multi-part online test which took over 2 hours. I believe I did well mostly, bu who knows? Yes, nobody can know except for them, because that kind recruiter who I spoke on the phone, simply disappeared after the test (I should have done very bad :) I simply requested my test results twice, no response. He didn't even reply with a formal excuse saying that company rules etc... Nothing... Ultimate silence. I think, one who took a long test, deserves the right to see his/her test results. Or at least a kind reply. I felt degraded and hurt.
