Easy and quick interview over zoom with the medical director. She was pleasant, direct, and answered all of my questions! interview took about 20 min, after my recruiter followed up. Easy and transparent start process!

It was casual, questions were all standard. Sales heavy questions, how well you work with a team and with people. Overall a positive interview. Interviewed with two people and offered the job the next day.

Would not recommend. They treated providers like trash and very little training went into aesthetics. Sales and medical did not align. Great for getting your foot in the door for aesthetic nursing.

The initial interview was virtual. The interviewer was easy to talk with and informative. The questions asked were basic about interests in the company and the industry. I had a positive experience. I was initially worried after reading the reviews about this company and other peoples experiences, but mine was great! The second part of the interview was an in-person shadowing experience that allowed me to see what the job was going to be like and meet the staff.
