Process took around 5 months from application to second stage interview. Communication was pretty poor throughout that period. Wasn’t treated fairly and was essentially kept on hold until they found someone they preferred even though I showed consistent interest throughout the process. Reasons for rejection kept changing and were inconsistent even though I scored highest in practical tests conducted. Still awaiting feedback that I don’t expect to be receiving at any point. Bit of a joke to be totally honest.
