The interview process was normal - several interviews, beginning over zoom, a couple in person at the end. The staff was nice and asked genuine questions. Unfortunately at the end of the process, they ghosted me. I never heard back from anyone at the organization, despite inquiring. It was frankly devastating. I thought other people should know this happens here.
