I was recruited online by HR and had a screening call with them. They were incredibly friendly and communicative and had a great system in place (e.g., very easy to book a time online rather than going back and forth with emails). Moved on to the next round to chat with who would be my immediate supervisor, and it was more conversational than grilling me with the same tired questions, which I appreciated. Ultimately, I didn't move on, and I believe that was because we had a conversation in which we were both able to assess each other, and it was clear that (through no fault of theirs) it wasn't the right fit. The compensation was substantial, but the work wasn't aligned with my interests (would be an excellent position for someone else).

Well organized with the interview focused upon sustainability. Operations ran it but a cross-functional interview team. An interesting group but the company has been hit hard the last 5 years.
