Submitted my profile to the job posting on the Illumina website using a referral. The interview process took 1 week, I spoke to the recruiter. the next round was for me to give a digital interview after which I gave a technical interview to the hiring manager. I got a reject within 18 hours of that conversation.
the interview process was smooth and fuss free. The hiring managers were quite professional and attentive as i speak. Also, I was given my interview results the next day which was quite fast.

Colloquio
Hiring manager was very judgemental and gave assumption during the interview, rather than based on facts. This gives people an unpleasant feeling. The overall interview and TA reached out is professional except the above mentioned.
