I applied online on their website's career section on 10/6/10 and received a phone call from their on-site recruiter 2 weeks later. The recruiter asked standard questions about my experience, why I wanted to work for this company and what did I know about it, and why I wanted to leave current position. I received a call from their HR dept a week later to set up a phone screen interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview went fairly well; essentially a repeat of the questions asked by the recruiter, but it flowed nicely and I was able to discuss in more detail my experience and what I can bring to the position. The following week the HR dept contacted me to schedule an interview for the week after. The interview was scheduled with 10 different people, each for a half hour. Each interviewer allowed me to talk about my background and where the company is and what needs to be done moving forward. There were not any behavior-type questions but the interviews tended to naturally turn to experiences where I was able to discuss my strengths in resolving difficult situations and the positive outcomes. The people were friendly and easy to talk to.
