First interview was with the hiring manager, surprisingly. He was very nice and professional. Asked me a few questions about costumer service related questions. Overall, this interview is very focused on how do you communicate and help costumers. The second interview was with HR. She is also very nice. Several behavior questions, several technical questions like how do you do trouble shooting.

The process included interviews with HR and two panels featuring team members. Each panel consisted of four interviews, each lasting 30 minutes, totaling eight interviews across the panels. One week after the last panel, I received an offer from HR.

The interview process was smooth. All interviewers were nice and kind. It took only two weeks between the first interview and the offer. The last round was a 2h process with 4 blocks of 30 min with different interviewers.
