Technical interview with some difficult questions more arround 2h, I had to stop one time to follow initial one hour interview. Questions regarding common topics in MM but not usual

They asked for a lot of requisites that I have never been asked before considering the extensive experience that I have as a contractor. They wanted me to prepare PPTs and defend them in front of a panel. I have never seen such a thing like that for a contractor that you can hire and fire in a bit without much trouble. Then to find out once I started working with them that the so called "quality of their resources" that they claim they only hire, was not really there because I replaced another resource that did not have enough knowledge and skills for the job that he was doing. A complete disappointment.
