Patronising interview, coming from the top. During the interview a few things came up that seemed to reveal the inner workings and mentality of the organisation. Long story short: no company benefits, even those stated by law, were in place or below the standard at the time of the interview/job offer. Additionally, several patronising comments were made a few times over the phone and in person regarding the workplace where I worked at the time of the interview. The interviewers also made condescending comments/questions about my country of origin during the interview, which I consider to be out of place.
