Initial communications were done by e-mail with the payroll clerk. The interview was set up by phone a week after e-mail communications started. Interview was on-site in Menands, with two senior employees and a manager. The employees spoke clearly, but the manager spoke too softly for me to be able to hear him properly.

The most unexpected question was based on my schooling. The application requires education back to elementary school, which I attended out-of-state (in Massachusetts). I was asked if I was a Red Sox fan.
