Initial screening was done through an off-site interview with a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Follow-up interviews were in person on-site interviews with the QA team members and other engineers from Engineering team. HR wasn't involved in the interview process; only after the job was offered at which time the benefits package was provided

I applied online for this position and the interview process went very smooth. There's a total of two interviews in which the first one is from the HR department while the second involved meeting with the hiring manager, some colleagues from both software and hardware department and finally the VP of Engineering.
