The whole recruitment process was done quickly, which is good and shows professionalism. The recruitment is done in 3 phases. The first in a more technical interview about concepts like git, and oop. The second interview for human resources to get to know us better and know our ambitions and dreams. And in the final phase a technical interview with the objective of demonstrating qualities to develop a web application. In all phases I was very well treated and in general it was a positive experience.

Three step application process. All stages had little downtime between each other. After submitting my CV, I was contacted in a couple days. The first stage is a short pop quiz in a variety of software engineering concepts. For example, I had some questions about Linux, OOP, SQL. This interview is with a developer. The second stage is with someone from the People (HR) department. Easy going interview, just be yourself and know what sort of goals you want to accomplish, what you've done previously and, from your research, why IC is a good fit. Ensure you're comfortable speaking in English as this stage requires you to speak at length. I had three different scenarios that may happen while working and what I'd do to solve them. The final stage is the toughest. You'll have a practical exam, building a small CRUD application with technologies of your choice. You'll have to map the database beforehand. It's with a senior developer. I pretended as if we were colleagues building it out. I practiced by building my own small CRUD apps and reviewing SQL concepts.
