I first had to go through a preliminary interview through Imaginations Head of Talent. She asked pretty basic HR questions, "How do you like to be managed, "Future Goals", etc. She was nice and cordial. Very knowledagble about the postion, and what it entails.
I was fortunate enough to be asked to come in to meet with other staff for a second round of interview. I met with The head of design/VP, as well as some other design staff. I was asked to run through my resume, give details about what I learned and what the position demanded. From their I presented my portfolio. And then they proceeded to ask several more questions. Questions like "what can you do for us" "What do you want out of the postion", and others. It was a very through interview. I really had to sell myself, and they made me prove my potential for the company.
