There were 2 interviews. First interview was with hiring manager . She was very professional and conducted the interview very well. The second one was with a scientist. The overall experience was ok. They are very much technical. I felt like they expect more than they offer. The questions asked were related to the project. Science-oriented. New starup vibe

Interview really felt more like an interrogation with rapid fire questions going over every possible detail of recent work experience. I was only asked one behavioral question. At the end I was given the chance to ask questions and the responses felt very hostile when asking about typical hours worked during a week. I wouldn't have minded the interview style if they had been upfront about it so I could be prepared, but if this is how they treat people I'm glad I was rejected.
