I submitted my CV on LinkedIn and then been contacted by the HR. The HR then arranged an interview with the Manager. After 40mins of work that the manager told me she prefers to have a personal having experience of project management.
Interview was pretty standard, the first interview was with the hiring manager. I ended up getting an offer based on the first interview. Typical questions going through your CV and motivation.

Asked mostly about previous experience. Then proceeded to go on and on about the company, leaving little time to comment or ask questions. Not your typical interview questions, no behavioral or hypothetical questions.
