Interview process was so long, starting off with an initial get to know you interview. The interviewer was distracted and had a lot of things happening in the background. Then there was a design task and a follow up on the task. Then no response until the inital interviewer gave me false hope mentioning that the company is waiting on bigger offers and such such. It did feel like false hope throughout the process when they could have just been honest, if they weren't going to hire they should have been transparent and not feed false hope.
