Interview starts with filling out a long application they is not up to date and violates NY State laws by asking for previous salary history and violates the Fair Chance Act (Ban the Box). Next, the VP describes the company and the job objectives. VP was extremely nice and knowledgable. They ask you to walk you through the resume, what your benefits experience is, employee relations experience, and administration experience. The company culture is that no one really cares about their job and that their is lack of business initiatives in departments like not having an HR department for 8 years. They really did not know much about Human Resources which made the interview easier. You meet the CEO in the first interview and he asks what Impact Communication Partners does as a company. He did not have a clear vision of the company and where they were going in 5 to 10 years. The company did not seem stable at all.
