I had a phone screening with an very nice HR professional, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then asked to attend a panel interview with a couple of team members including the now owner. The interview itself was long. I was asked to do a presentation to prepare for it, and was able to give about half of it. I did not get the job, but in the long run, I was happy after I learned more about the conservative nature of the owner, with whom I would be working closely.
