In lieu of a phone screen a lengthy questionnaire was sent over to be filled out. I declined to do so on the grounds that the questions were specifically asking to solve for an existing business problem they had. There is no sense in providing a prospective employer with knowledge and expertise that takes years to learn for no pay. I don't give away my ideas for free and neither should anyone else. This outfit really needs to take a hard look at who they are paying to recruit for them.
