Worst interview process. After answering face to face technical rounds after 3 days they will inform that you have not cleared the technical round. It takes 3-5 days for their Tech leads or managers to decide on the same. Please do give some good reason or train the interviewer on what question he should ask and be prepared first before asking any interview questions to an candidate.
