Group interview of around 5 people. Mostly case scenario questions e.g. how would you deal with a student who is not paying attention. Some questions on past experience and motivations for applying. Did not have to interact with other interviewees. Interviewers were very pleasant and encouraging during the interview. Heard back within a few days after the interview.

One group interview with about 4-5 people. Mostly role playing scenarios that one is likely to encounter when looking after kids during a camp. Have to talk about yourself and explain your motivation for applying to the job. A panel of 3 interviewers assess each person's answers and the decision is made upon your employment within few days.
