Too many people involved in the process and giving the impression that it’s a bit shambolic. Each person seemed to have different views on the role and it was a bit off putting and gave the impression of micro managing. No one seemed to have prepared questions and there seemed to be little to no structure to the interview process. After a test, and 6 interviews and a month later no feedback has been provided. I sat aside a significant amount of time for interviews and it’s disappointing no response or feedback was ever received.
