The interview process itself was pretty standard but what I found incredibly disappointing was that after 3 rounds, including a 3 hour on site interview, I got my rejection email from a generic no-reply email. I had been working directly with a recruiter and it would have been appreciated to have a human reach out to me after all that effort. Really dehumanizing.

Standard questions, asked me about leadership experience, big focus on how to operate in a cost center model. How to escalate issues, how to regulate processes, etc.
I submitted my application online. The recruiter contacted me, and the process was smooth and professional. I received quick feedback, but there were many interviews for a junior role, both online and in person.
