I went for a interview in person and they said I would get a second interview and they would call me that night to schedule. I never received a call so I went into the store a couple days later and they said they would call to schedule again but I never received a call. I was really looking forward to this too and it was very disappointing.

The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process
