I applied online and also turned in a resume and application to my desired locations. From there I received a phone call back from one store where I was called in for an interview. I had a total of two rounds of interviews with a lower level manager, then the second manager, I was then offered the job.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
