I applied online for one of the new stores that they where going to open. A couple weeks later I received an email for a group interview. The day of the interview they divided us into groups of four. We where interviewed by two managers both very kind and welcoming. We where all asked the same 2 questions and then individual questions. I received a call the following week to set up a second interview. Got there and was greeted by the store manager of the new store. The interview was a bit more in depth. They want to make sure that you are the right candidate for the job (meet their high standards of food and customer service). She said she would like to welcome me to the team and was offered the job during my second interview. Just be nice and smile a lot. Very friendly people!

Colloquio
It was easy. They want to get to know you and seems like just a normal conversation. They ask if you have had an previous work and ask what yo I would do in certain situations. They finally end off with availability.

I was called in for two interviews. The interview clothes I wore were business casual. They were super friendly and nice. Asked where I saw myself in 5 years. What my goals were. What three words described me and what I could bring to the team.

I applied online, and soon got an email back with a date and time for an interview. I was 16 at the time and was a tad bit intimidated. There was about 40 other people there at the time, and there were 3 rounds of questions that everyone had to answer. One question that I remember answering had to do with sharing an example of personal integrity. Around 10 people were eliminated each round, and I got a call back the next afternoon saying I got the job! Super easy process if you are organized and on top of things :)
