The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

The interview process can take a while because you must interview with at least 3 different managers. If you don't know someone who already works at the location you're applying to you need to go into the store to set up an interview. They wont call you based on your online application

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process
