This was an initial screen conducted via Zoom. The interview itself was standard--no tricky questions. I had been forewarned that the hiring process was going to be long. Ultimately, I was not invited for a second round and was notified with a standard automated email. In my mind, the HR person should have sent me a personalized email since we had spoken. For a company that prides itself in its treatment of people, this was not "walking the walk and talking the talk."
