The hiring process was composed of a phone interview, followed by a in person interview by the 2 managers of the department. Overall, the interview process was in depth and I was asked to recount my experience in my previous job. It seemed to be an interview that attempted to discover how I handled high pressure interactions with a stranger, and if I was able to remain calm and keep my composure.
