Applied directly on company website after finding the position posted online. A few weeks later I received an email to set up a phone screen. After the phone screen I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. From that conversation I was asked to come in for a formal interview in their office. The interview was about 2 hours long and I met again with the hiring manager as well as another manager in Client Services. A few days laster I was asked to come back into the office to interview with a VP. At the conclusion of the interview they said they were going to be making a decision very soon. I followed up with the person who had scheduled all the interviews for an update 8 days after my last in person interview. A few days later they responded and said the hiring manager was still deliberating. After hearing nothing for several weeks, I followed up again and as of this review have not heard back. I spent several hours interviewing with the team and had to take vacation time for the two in office interviews. I find it extremely inconsiderate that they never had the decency to reach out to me with their decision.
