I had a first video interview trough Webex with Charles Crupper, the director of engineering. I felt negative energy from Charles. First question: "Tell me about yourself." Second question: "What is Appium" (started testing me like in school) I felt negative energy from Charles. He said you not Proficient in the English language, so bye bye. You have to know the law before saying this (law say: Requiring employees or applicants to be fluent in English may violate Title VII) No one never said this for me! Because of my English, it doesn't stop me from doing the job flawlessly. I'll talk to my lawyer about this. I agree, my English is not perfect, and I have an accent, but my writing skills are enough good. Can`t I understand you need English speaker or professional QA automation engineer?
