Multiple phone interviews followed by an in person panel interview and one on one interview with manager.
I felt that the people involved with the in person interview were not prepared. They asked very basic questions and had to really think about their next questions. I had to ask a considerable amount of questions (not necessarily a bad thing) but felt like I would be walking into a role that was not fully defined.
I turned down the offer due to a better competing offer. Incomm's vacation and benefits could really use an improvement in order to attract top/young talent.
